History and Background

The brand was created by José "Pepin" Garcia and is manufactured at the El Rey de los Habanos factory in the Little Havana section of Miami, Florida.

The brand takes its name from the two men responsible for its creation: Mitchell Hirsh, owner of Cigar King, Inc., and Pepin Garcia.

Mitchell Hirsh was born in Skokie, Illinois in 1955.

Description

The filler is a Nicaraguan blend, as is the binder. The wrapper is a chocolate-colored Nicaraguan Corojo. It is a medium to full-bodied cigar and yields a rather spicy flavor. The band is red, with a white emblem. The brand consists of a single range of four vitolas.
