The Rt Rev Henry Perrott Parker (1852, Upton Cheyney – 1888) was an Anglican Bishop in the second half of the 19th century.

Life
Parker was educated privately in Bath and at Trinity College, Cambridge, where he gained his BA in 1871 and his MA in 1875.
Parker went out as a missionary to India where he rose to be head of the Bengal Mission. Elevation to the Episcopate as the second Bishop of Mombasa came soon after and he sailed for Africa in the autumn of 1886. He died while on a trip to Ussagara in March or April 1888.
