Henry Edward Knatchbull (born 30 August 1808 at Mersham Hatch, Kent; died 31 August 1876 at Campsea Ashe, Suffolk) was an English cricketer with amateur status. He was associated with Oxford University, Kent and Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) and made his first-class debut in 1827. He played for the Gentlemen against the Players.

Knatchbull was a son of Sir Edward Knatchbull, 8th Baronet, and his third wife Mary Hawkins. He was educated at Winchester College and Wadham College, Oxford. He became a Church of England priest and was vicar of North Elmham 1833–67 and of Campsea Ashe from 1867 until his death.
