It was distributed by Arkoff International Pictures. Shout Factory had planned to release this film for the first time on Blu-ray and DVD sometime last year, but was cancelled due to the film having missing footage. The movie has since been released on Blu-Ray in late 2016 by Scream Factory, a subsidiary of Shout Factory.
Plot
When her mother is murdered by a killer, an amnesiac woman is sent to a mental institution presided over by a power-crazed female doctor who performs lobotomies on the patients.
