Bhai Harnirpal Singh ( ਭਾਈ ਹਰਨਿਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ "ਕੁੱਕੂ") a.k.a. "Kuku", former MLA Muktsar is the younger brother and political heir to the late Bhai Shaminder Singh. He is member of Indian National Congress and was appointed as an executive member of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) Member National Executive [2], Jatt Mahasabha by Captain Amarinder Singh, (President, PPCC).
He is appointed as the General Seceretary, Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC).
