Harambee Prosperity Plan is the Namibian country's development programme from 2016 to 2020, an action plan towards Prosperity for All, details were announced by President Hage Geingob when he delivered his second State of the Nation Address in parliament.

Five (5) Pillars of the HPP
The Harambee Prosperity Plan consists of five (5) pillars, namely: (1) Effective Governance, (2) Economic Advancement, (3) Social Progression, (4) Infrastructure Development and (5) International Relations and Cooperation.
The HPP is constructed around the Namibian narrative. It acknowledges that we are not starting afresh, but that we must continue with the construct of an inclusive Namibian House, built on a solid foundation of peace and stability. We are unifed by our national identity and stand united in Cause, to usher Namibia into the epoch of Prosperity.
2016 Review of the HPP
During December 13, 2016, President Geingob made remarks[1] at an official HPP review event which outlined many achievements. A presentation is available from the Office of the President.[2]
