Hansom Books was a British publisher founded in 1950 by Philip Dosse to produce the magazine Dance and Dancers. Magazines in a similar format were then founded to cover other arts, so forming the Seven Arts Group. The other titles were:

  1. Art and Artists
  2. Books and Bookmen
  3. Films and Filming
  4. Music and Musicians
  5. Plays and Players
  6. Records and Recording

The group went bankrupt in 1980 and Dosse then committed suicide. The publications were sold and publication continued.
