Han Hao, courtesy name Yuansi, was a military general serving under the warlord Cao Cao in the late Eastern Han Dynasty.

Han formerly served under Wang Kuang, Administrator of Henei, but was persuaded into serving Cao Cao by Xiahou Dun. During Han's service, he was one of the major contributors to the Tuntian policy used by Cao Cao, which greatly improved military food supplies. Chen Shou, author of Records of Three Kingdoms, commented that Han was a courageous and loyal man who remained collected in any situation.
In fiction
In Luo Guanzhong's historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Han Hao was the brother of Han Xuan, Administrator of Changsha. After Han Xuan was slain by Wei Yan because Han tried to execute Huang Zhong for not trying to kill enemy general Guan Yu, Han Hao wanted to take revenge and volunteered to spearhead an attack with Xiahou De on Liu Bei's forces at Mount Tiandang, which was led by Huang Zhong. In the battle Han was slain by Huang and Xiahou was slain by Yan Yan.
