Hamburg Public Library is a historic library building located at Hamburg, Berks County, Pennsylvania. It was designed and built in 1903-1904, with funds provided in part by the philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. It is one of 3,000 such libraries constructed between 1885 and 1919. The building is an "L"-shaped, 1 1/2-story, brick structure in the Romanesque Revival style. The entrance features a small courtyard and square portico topped by an octagonal turret. The interior features an octagonal rotunda.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
