Hagrama Mohilary

Hagrama Mohilary (Bodo: हाग्रामा मोहिलारी ) alias Hagrama Basumatary is the Chief Executive Member of Bodoland Territorial Council. He was previously the chief of BLTF. With the surrender of 2641 BLTF cadres on December 6, 2003, BTC was formed as aforesaid in the Memorandum of Settlement signed by the Government of India on February 10, 2003. Consequently, Hagrama was elected as the Chief of BTC which comprises twelve other executive members. At present he is the chief of BTC and is the chairperson of Bodoland People's Front. He won the third BTC Assembly Elections 2015 and formed his Government for the third time.
