Hafiz Abdul Kareem (Urdu: حافظ عبدالکریم; born 1 January 1960) is a Pakistani politician who is current Minister for Communications, in office since August 2017. He has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League (N).

Early life
He was born on 1 January 1960.
Political career
He ran for the seat of National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-172 (D.G.Khan) in Pakistani general election, 2008, but was unsuccessful.
He ran for the seat of National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-172 (D.G.Khan) in by-election held in 2010, but was unsuccessful.
He was elected to the National Assembly as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-172 (D.G.Khan) in Pakistani general election, 2013.
Following the election of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi as Prime Minister of Pakistan in August 2017, he was inducted into the federal cabinet of Abbasi and was appointed as federal minister for Communication for the first time.
