HMS Shark was a Rocket-class destroyer of the Royal Navy. She was launched at Clydebank in 1894, served in home waters and was sold in 1911.

Service history

Shark served in the Devonport instructional flotilla, when in early February 1900 she was transferred to become tender to the HMS Cambridge, gunnery ship off Plymouth.

In 1902 she served in the Channel Squadron, and took part in the Coronation Review for King Edward VII on 16 August 1902, with lieutenant A. S. Susmann temporarily in command from 8 August.
