Tissue distribution
HCN1 channel expression is found in the sinoatrial node, the neocortex, hippocampus, cerebellar cortex, dorsal root ganglion, trigeminal ganglion and brainstem.
Interactions
HCN1 has been shown to interact with HCN2.
