Guo Guangcan is a physicist of University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and Peking University (PKU). He works on quantum information, quantum communication and quantum optic. He is a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (i.e. Academician, which is the highest rank for researchers in China).
