Gummadi Narsaiah is an Indian politician. He contested and won as an Independent politician five terms as Member of the Legislative Assembly from Yellandu Assembly Constituency in Khammam district of Telangana. Yellandu is a ST reserved constituency. Narsaiah has contested on the ticket of CPI (ML) and won the segment several times.

In 2000 Narsaiah was a leader in a movement against rising electricity tariff rates Narsaiah was defeated by the TDP candidate Vooke Abbaiah in 2009 Assembly elections. He continued to speak out on political issues; for example, at the demonstration in Yellandu village concerning forestry rights.
