The Gulf Cup Federation (GCF) (Arabic: اتحاد كأس الخليج العربي) or Football Federation of the Gulf Cooperation Council (FFGCC) (Arabic: اتحاد مجلس التعاون الخليجي لكرة القدم) controversially known as a Persian Gulf Cup Federation (PGCF) (Arabic: اتحاد كأس خليج فارس) and previously also known as a Gulf Football Federation (GFF) (Arabic: الاتحاد الخليجي لكرة القدم), is a regional association football body that organises several competitions. It was established in May 2016.

Its member associations are made up of the six Gulf Cooperation Council states plus Iraq and Yemen.
History
Several preparatory meetings were held in 2015 using the working title Gulf Football Federation. The federation then was founded in 2016 as Gulf Cup Federation to reflect the regions oldest competition the Gulf Cup of Nations. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani of Qatar was named as the first president.
Competitions
The Gulf Cup federation plans to run several competitions which covers national and club competitions. While the Gulf Cup is only renamed to Gulf NAtions Cup, there are two new club tournaments for national champions and the national cup winners. Also the possibility of a Women's Gulf Cup has been discussed.
