Grevillea intricata is a shrub which is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It grows up to 3 metres in height and produces flowers between May and October (late autumn to mid spring) in its native range.

The species was first formally described by botanist Carl Meissner, his description published in Hooker's Journal of Botany and Kew Garden Miscellany in 1855.
