Grevillea disjuncta is a shrub of the genus Grevillea native to an area in the southern parts of the Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The spreading shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 0.6 metres (1 to 2 ft) and has non-glaucous branchlets. It has simple leaves with a undissected blade that are 10 to 20 centimetres (4 to 8 in) in length and 1 to 2 mm (0.04 to 0.08 in) wide. It blooms from April to September and produces an irregular inflorescence with red to yellow flowers.
