Grevillea crassifolia is a shrub of the genus Grevillea native to an area along the south coast of the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

The open shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1 metre (1 to 3 ft) and has non-glaucous branchlets. It has simple flat, undissected elliptic leaves that are 8 to 35 millimetres (0.3 to 1.4 in) long and 4 to 7 mm (0.2 to 0.3 in) wide. The inflorescence is raceme with irregular red flowers that appear between June and December. It will produce a simple hairy ovoid fruit that is 13 mm (0.5 in) long.
