The Greek Amputee Football Association (Greek: Ελληνική Ένωση Ακρωτηριασμένων Ποδοσφαιριστών, Elliniki Enosi Akrotiriasmenon Podosfairiston) is the Greek governing body of amputee football and represents Greece at international events and competitions. The association was founded with the support of EAFF. In February 2016, Amputee Football Greece became the 14th European national team.

History

The following players participated in the 1st national amputee football camp which was held at Sofiko city of Corinth, Greece in conjunction to EAFF on 11th and 12 June 2016: (GK) Alexandros Theodoridis, Dimitris Vouvopoulos, (DF) Tasos Tsigas, Georgios Lazaridis, Vasilis Mpakogiannis, (MF) Nikolaos Papakyrgiakis, Ioannis Vasiadis, Dimitris Agrianitis and (FW) Nikolaos Papaggelis. The unofficial adapted training games against AEK Futsal were the first ever friendly encounters for the newly formed team. These friendlies took place at Anthousa city of Pallini, Greece. The national side participated in a charity tournament against Olympiacos academy network staff and Greece Homeless team on January 8, 2017; to raise poverty awareness and offer as many food supplies as possible to homeless people.
