He currently travels the U.S, (and about once a year Australia & New Zealand) speaking and singing at church services, festivals, college groups and youth groups, inspiring believers to cultivate a deeper relationship with God, to live a selfless life and leading people to a deeper understanding of what 'worshiping God in Spirit and Truth' means. Several times a year, Norsworthy also conducts music workshops training and equipping church musicians. He has named his new combination of skills "Word & Song". Norsworthy is an advocate for Compassion International, a Christ-centered child sponsorship program.

He is also a bass guitarist, who played with the Christian band SONICFLOOd from 2005 to 2008. He largely rose to fame through his involvement in Paul Colman Trio or PC3 from 1998 to 2004. Before that, Norsworthy was also well known around the local Melbourne cover band scene, playing in bands such as Rockett, Stealers, Vasoline, Supernova, and The Choice. He started playing the guitar in his early teenage years and has been quoted to have written his first musical piece on the piano at age 14, picking up the bass guitar following high school at age 19.

In January 2012, Norsworthy played with PC3 as the band got together for a tour of Australia. He released his debut solo album titled Resident Alien on 1 January 2012.

Religion

Norsworthy grew up in a Christian home, and although he prayed a prayer of commitment as a five-year-old, he recommitted his life at age 13 whilst on a camp. He made a public declaration of his faith in Jesus at age 18 when he was baptised. He states that he "discovered God's amazing grace for the first time only a handful of years ago. Throughout my life, and even today, I become aware of areas of my life that I have not yet fully surrendered to Jesus."
