Grądy Polewne [ˈɡrɔndɨ pɔˈlɛvnɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rząśnik, within Wyszków County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Rząśnik, 16 km (10 mi) north of Wyszków, and 65 km (40 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
