Jahid Samed (born 9 March 1982), better known by his stage name Gorilla Chilla, is an Uk born DJ and music producer of Bangladesh descent based in Manchester.

Career

Samed has collaborated with a number of Manchester-based artists, including Billy Blitz, Illmatik, Young Twist, Nafis, Metz & Trix and RDB.

In August 2007, he performed at the Dpercussion festival in Castlefield, Manchester. In July 2010, he performed at the Hungama festival in Glasgow.

In April 2011, Samed's debut album Music in My Blood was released by Hi-Tech Music, alongside its first single "Sohni Nehn".

Samed is also a resident club DJ. Since November 2011, he has been a radio presenter on ALL FM.
