Goleń [ˈɡɔlɛɲ] (German: Gollingen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Piecki, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Piecki, 15 km (9 mi) south of Mrągowo, and 52 km (32 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
