Gmina Czerwionka-Leszczyny is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Rybnik County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the town of Czerwionka-Leszczyny, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Rybnik and 24 km (15 mi) west of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 115.65 square kilometres (44.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 40,956 (out of which the population of Czerwionka-Leszczyny amounts to 28,486, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 12,470).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Rudy Landscape Park.
