Glenn Elliott (born 29 September 1972) is a British software entrepreneur and founder of Reward Gateway a SaaS employee engagement product used to by corporate HR departments to attract, engage and retain their talent.

Early life and career
Elliott was born in South Shields, England. He moved to London in 1992 to study Computer Science at South Bank University. Following graduation he worked for Schlumberger Technical Services Inc and then BT Group for approximately nine years. In 2001 Elliott founded N1 Digital Media and served as its Managing Director. In 2005, the firm won the Small Business of the Year category at the ITV London / Evening Standard London Business Awards and had grown to be the 76th largest design agency in the UK. In 2006 the company was the 56th largest design agency overall and the fourth fastest growing small agency. In 2006 the Web Marketing Association awarded an environmental advertisement for Ben & Jerry's developed by N1 its award for outstanding achievement in internet advertising. In 2006 Elliott sold his interest in N1 to a management buy-in team and used the money to start Asperity Employees Benefits.
Reward Gateway
In 2006 Elliott founded Reward Gateway, an HR Software company focussed on employee engagement technology. In 2010, he sold a majority stake in the company to Inflexion Private Equity for £25.5m, whilst remaining as CEO with 25% of the business That year Elliott was named as one of Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurs of the Year.
Under Elliott the company's turnover grew three hundred percent between 2010 and 2011, with headquarters in London, New York, and Sydney. In 2011 Asperity was named the NatWest Fast Growth Business of the Year. In 2015 Elliott led a secondary MBO selling Inflexion's stake to US investor Great Hill Partners for £140m, generating £35m personally through the transaction.
Other ventures
Elliott is an angel investor in technology startups and became a founder investor in UK grocery discount startup Checkout Smart in 2014
Personal life
He lives between London and Boston with his partner, Danish property developer Kristian Sibast. He is known to support the visual arts and has been a producer of a number of films. He is a trustee of the UK charity Trees for Cities and a Friend of the Terrence Higgins Trust.
