Race history

The race was inaugurated in 1985 as the Rosemont Wines Stakes. Since its first running the race has had many name changes but since 2002 the name has been the Glenlogan Park Stakes.
Ortensia won this race in 2009 before pursuing successful overseas campaigns in Dubai and in the England.
