Georges Martin Witkowski (6 January 1867, Mostaganem, French Algeria – 12 August 1943, Lyon) was a French conductor and composer of classical music.

Witkowski started out in the army, becoming a cavalry officer and meeting Louis Vierne during that time. He later studied with Vincent d'Indy at the Schola Cantorum, and, after settling in Lyon, was appointed director of the conservatory there in 1924.

His son was the conductor and cellist Jean Witkowski.
