George Montegu Black II (June 3, 1911 – June 29, 1976) was a Winnipeg businessman and President of Canadian Breweries. He was the father of Conrad Black and Montegu Black.

Born in Winnipeg, the son of George Montegu Black Sr and Gertrude Maxwell Black, he attended the preparatory school Appleby College in Oakville, Ontario, then took a short course at McGill University before attending the University of Manitoba, from which he graduated in 1933. He became a chartered accountant in 1937 and served in the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War. From 1940 to 1945 he was posted to the Department of National Defence, working on the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan.

In his business career, Black became the comptroller of Western Breweries Limited and later of Canadian Breweries Limited, working for the industrialist E. P. Taylor.

Black died at Toronto in 1976 and was buried at Mount Pleasant.
