Brentford
Moleski began his career as a youth at Brentford. Moleski's first involvement with the first team came on 9 October 2004, when he was an unused substitute for a 0–0 League One draw at Barnsley. Moleski was named as a substitute for the last game of the 2004–05 regular season at home to Hull City. Manager Martin Allen also gave a number of other young players their debuts in the game, including Darius Charles, Karleigh Osborne, Jerrome Sobers, Ryan Peters, Ryan Watts and Charlie Ide. Seventeen-year-old Moleski made his debut after 56 minutes of the 2–1 win, coming on for Ryan Peters. He failed to feature during Brentford's unsuccessful playoff campaign. He made his first appearance of the 2005–06 season in a Football League Trophy first round shootout defeat to Oxford United on 18 October, replacing Eddie Hutchinson after 56 minutes, though Moleski himself was replaced by Ryan Watts during extra time. He was not called into the first team again and was released in January 2006.
Slough Town (loan and permanent signing)
Moleski signed for Isthmian League Premier Division side Slough Town on a work experience loan in early 2006, which turned into a permanent deal after his release from Brentford. He made 14 appearances during the remainder of the 2005–06 season. Moleski made 31 appearances during the 2006–07 season and scored the first senior goal of his career in a 3–2 defeat to Tonbridge Angels on 10 March 2007. Moleski was released by club after the 2007–08 season, a season which culminated in a bottom place finish and relegation to the Southern Division One South & West.
Penn & Tylers Green
After a period playing in Cyprus, Moleski signed for Hellenic League Division One East side Penn & Tylers Green in 2010. He made his debut in a 4–1 extra time Berks & Bucks Saturday Intermediate Cup win over Frilsham & Yattendon on 11 December. He made his league debut in the next game, a 1–1 draw with league leaders Henley Town on 3 January 2011. Due to an injury crisis, Moleski filled in at centre back during a 4–0 defeat to Woodley Town on April 20. He made seven appearances for the club and scored no goals.
Flackwell Heath
Moleski moved to Hellenic League Premier Division side Flackwell Heath in the summer of 2011. He made his debut in a 2–0 win over Henley Town on 29 August. He made five first team appearances for the club and three appearances for the reserves, scoring in a 7–3 defeat to Binfield Reserves on 27 September.
