George Ciamba (born February 1966) was a secretary of state of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs until the end of 2015. It is his second mandate as a secretary of state of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was first appointed in this position in 2003. He was ambassador to Greece from 2005 to 2012. From 1999 to 2003 he was ambassador in Turkey and Permanent Representative of Romania to the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization.
