Georgios Ilias Bertolis (born 8 May 1991) is a Rugby Football Union player currently playing as an outside centre for National 3 side Westcombe Park RFC on loan from RFU Championship side Ealing Trailfinders.

History

Starting his senior rugby at Canterbury RFC where he played in the 2009–10 and 2010–11 seasons. He was appointed Captain for Kent County RFU Under 20 Squad continuing his Captaincy of the Under 18 and Under 19 Squads and led the Under 20's to the South East Divisional Final and National Quarter Final against Hampshire. George was selected to represent London and South East England Counties. He then moved to Blackheath FC where he played in the 2012–13 and 2013–14 seasons. He joined Ealing Trailfinders for the 2014-15 season and is a current member of the club.

School & University

George attended Whitgift School from the age of 12 until 18 years old where he completed both his GCSEs and A-Levels. A star player and full rugby scholar at Whitgift School, he was given an unconditional offer at the University of Kent,Canterbury, became a full rugby scholar and graduated highly with honours.
