George Ade House, also known as the Hazelden House, is a historic home located in Iroquois Township, Newton County, Indiana. It was built in 1904, and is two-story, 14 room, Tudor Revival style frame dwelling. It features half-timbering and stucco on the upper floor, leaded glass windows, and beamed and vaulted ceilings. It was the home of noted author, humorist, and playwright George Ade (1866-1904).

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
