Gary LaBranche currently serves as president and CEO of the Association for Corporate Growth. Prior to joining ACG Global in 2008, he worked with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and served as president and CEO of the Association Forum of Chicagoland. During his career in association management, he has been chief executive for three organizations and on the staff of the American Society of Association Executives. In addition, he has been a member of the U.S. Chamber's Committee of 100 since 2004. LaBranche also served three years as CEO of CertiLearn, an e-learning company.

He is the 2013–2014 Board Chairman for ASAE's for-profit subsidiary, ASAE Business Services, Inc., and serves on the 2013–2014 ASAE Board of Directors and the Board of the Institute for Exceptional Growth Companies as well as the ASAE CEO Advisory Board. He is a past member of the ASAE Foundation Board of Directors and past chairman of the ASAE Public Policy Committee.

As president and CEO of the Chicago-based Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG), Gary serves 40,000 members and engaged participants worldwide. Since he became CEO in 2008, ACG's membership has grown 22%, adding nine chapters in seven countries. ACG also has built a new global headquarters; launched a new Web platform, a suite of digital publications and association management system; and embarked on a bold new strategy to enhance the image of private capital investment.

Named an ASAE Fellow (FASAE) in 1995, he received the ASAE Key Award in 2007 for his career achievement as an association CEO.

Recognized as one of the most influential and innovative association professionals in the world, Association TRENDS named him the 2012 Association Executive of the Year.
