Gallium nitride nanotubes are nanotubes of gallium nitride.

Contents

Production

They can be grown using chemical vapour deposition on zinc oxide nanowires (diameters of 30-200 nm).

Electrical properties

They are expected to be predominantly semiconducting (depending on diameter and twist) and some forms have been modeled as transistors.
