History

The mall, which opened in 1992, has an area of 1,100,000 square feet (99,000 m²) on two floors. It has 250 shops and restaurants, as well as a 16-screen AMC Theatres (formerly Loews theater). Construction of the mall cost $100,000,000 in 1990 dollars.

The mall is owned and managed by The Pyramid Companies, a group that also owns and manages regional sisters Poughkeepsie Galleria in Poughkeepsie (the model for Crystal Run), and Palisades Center in West Nyack.

Stores

In 2013 managers announced that six new European stores would be coming to the mall, to be open by the fall: Zippy and Sergent Major, both for children; and Lipsy, Promod, Monsoon and Accessorize for women.

In late 2016, Sears announced it would be closing its store in 2017.
