The company recently entered into the packaged frozen premium seafood segment, by launching its own brand Gadre Premium Seafood. The company is aiming to make its turnover around Rs. 650 crore, which was last year around Rs. 525 crore from its six plants (two in Gujarat, three in Maharashtra and one in Karnataka.)

The company has signed chef Vikas Khanna as the brand ambassador for its processing and packaging unit of frozen marine products such as shrimps, squids, cuttlefish and other fin-fish, which the company claims to now be the third largest surimi manufacturer in the world. In 2015 the company signed OnAds Communications (a part of onads group) as its creative digital partner.
