The GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Award for Box-Office Queen is an award presented annually by the Memorial Scholarship Foundation, led by Corazon Samaniego. It was first awarded at the 1st GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Awards ceremony, held in 1971; Nora Aunor received the award for having 18 films in the year 1970, and it is given in honor of an actress whose films set the highest box-office record in the film industry.

Sharon Cuneta is the only actress to be elevated to the Box Office Hall of Fame in 1990 by holding the Box Office Queen title five times since 1984; and later on holding the most box office queen titles in history with nine.
