Funky Forest: The First Contact (ナイスの森 THE FIRST CONTACT, Naisu no Mori THE FIRST CONTACT, lit. "Nice Forest: The First Contact"), also known as Funky Forest: The First Encounter, is a 2005 Japanese film written and directed by Katsuhito Ishii, Hajimine Ishimine and Shunichiro Miki. It has been rated a 12 by BBFC (British Board of Film Classification). The film is composed of several storylines, some of which coincide, most of which are comical.
Contents
The film had already accumulated a cult following before its showing at the 2006 Fantastic Fest. It was released on Region 1 DVD in March 2008.
