Fujifilm Superia is a brand of daylight balanced colour negative film produced by the Japanese company Fujifilm. This film has been made available in 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1600 speeds, with the 200 and 400 speed films available through 2017. It is aimed at the point and shoot market but is also popular with enthusiasts.

Film Layers

All current films in the Superia range list the following layer composition in their product information.

Superia Reala

An ISO 100/21° speed portrait film aimed at professionals and enthusiasts, originally known as Fuji Reala.

After the first year of the Superia films being available in the United States, all Superia films inherited the 4th color layer technology used in Reala.

Press

A professional film made by Fujifilm in 400 and 800 ISO speeds. It uses the same pair of emulsions as Superia at those speeds, but has been specially handled (refrigerated) since the time of manufacture.

All speeds of all films are available in 35 mm rolls. Superia 100 and 400, as well as Reala 100 are additionally available in the 120 format. Superia 200 is additionally available in the 110 format.
