From Newport to London: Greatest Hits Live ... and More is the second live album by Polish-born singer Basia (following Basia on Broadway). It was released on September 28, 2011, by eOne Music and consists of 15 songs recorded in Lódz, Poland in June 2011, plus three bonus studio tracks. Of the live tracks six were originally recorded for her 1986 debut album, Time and Tide ("How Dare You", "Astrud", "New Day for You", "From Now On", "Promises", and "Time and Tide"), two from her 1990 release London Warsaw New York ("Cruising for Bruising" and "Copernicus"), three from for her 1994 album The Sweetest Illusion ("Third Time Lucky", "Drunk on Love", and "An Olive Tree"), and five from her 2009 album It's That Girl Again ("If Not Now Then When", "Love Lies Bleeding", "I Must", "A Gift", and "There's a Tear") Of the three studio recordings one, "There's a Tear", is an acoustic remake of the same song that appeared on It's That Girl Again. The remaining two songs are original to this album.

In his review of the album music critic William Ruhlmann stated:

[Basia] has grown noticeably as a singer since the commercial heyday she enjoyed in her late twenties and early thirties. Now, she is a far more expressive vocalist, bringing more emotion and meaning to her English lyrics while retaining the near-vocalese musical quality she exhibited earlier … when Basia returns to the studio to remake "There's a Tear" from It's That Girl Again in a stripped-down, "unplugged" style, she demonstrates that she can put across a sad ballad with feeling, something she never could have attempted 20 years ago.
