Fritz-Hubert Gräser (3 January 1888 – 4 November 1960) was a German general (General der Panzertruppe) in the Wehrmacht during World War II and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves of Nazi Germany.

During World War I, he served alongside the Austro-Hungarian Army and was part of the staff of Army Group Archduke Karl.
