Freez FM is a Dutch commercial regional radio station which broadcasts nonstop pop and rock music, interspersed with regional news.

Freez FM originally started in 2000 and was broadcast on 96.6 FM (North Friesland), 96.0 FM (East Friesland) and 94.1 FM (South West Friesland). After the Zero Base auction in June 2003 the station was also a wave frequency in Groningen on 89.1 FM. From December 2003 the station was also heard in the Randstad on 96.3 FM (Alkmaar), 93.6 FM (Amsterdam), 97.3 FM (Haarlem) and 97.4 FM (Purmerend). Freez FM broadcasts nonstop rock music.

In 2004, the North Holland frequencies were acquired by WILD FM. On September 21, 2006 in Groningen, the frequency was acquired by RADIONL and a day later was RADIONL also be heard on the Frisian frequencies. That stopped Freez FM to exist.

On March 1, 2013 Freez FM returned again. This time can be heard on the station frequencies that were previously used by Arrow Classic Rock Noord. The station has the same format as the previous Freez FM and yellow/black logo is based on the old logo.

Freez FM was like Waterstad FM and RADIONL owned by the NDC Mediagroep. NDC has sold its radio stations on 1 May 2013. Management Regional Radio operator TV Oranje. Daarmee hield Freez FM op te bestaan. From April 2015 Freez FM also had presented programs.

On December 30, 2015 the station disappeared from the airwaves to make place for Radio 8FM. The station returned via DAB+ in Friesland in January 2016 and the head of North Holland.
