Eulogio "Frankie" de la Cruz Martinez (pronounced ) (born March 12, 1984 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) is a pitcher for the Saraperos de Saltillo of the Mexican Baseball League. He played in Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers, Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres and Milwaukee Brewers and in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.
