Frank Neese (born 13 December 1967) is a German theoretical chemist at the University of Bonn. His research interest includes computation of electronic structures of molecules and he is lead author of the ORCA quantum chemistry computer program. Neese was awarded the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize in 2010. He is a member of the International Academy of Quantum Molecular Science.
