Francis "Franny"/"Frannie" Jarvis (born circa-1950) is a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s, and 1980s, playing at representative level for Other Nationalities, and at club level for Bradford Northern, Featherstone Rovers, and Halifax, as a hooker, i.e. number 9.
