Forthnet S.A. is a provider of internet and other telecommunications services which is based in Greece and whose stock is traded on the Athens Stock Exchange. Forthnet was established in October 1995 by Minoan Lines SA and the Foundation for Research & Technology - Hellas (Ίδρυμα Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας, Ι.Τ.Ε), also known as FORTH. As of 10 March 2017 LARGO LTD holds the most voting rights in the company (32.26%).

On April 14, 2008, Forthnet purchased Netmed, parent firm of NOVA Greece and NOVA Cyprus (DTH satellite providers in Greece and Cyprus). The transaction is valued at 430 million euros. In 2014 Nova Greece had 500,000 subscribers.
