Florczaki [flɔrˈt͡ʂaki] (German: Eckersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Łukta, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Łukta, 18 km (11 mi) north of Ostróda, and 32 km (20 mi) west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Former German name of the village was Eckerdorf until 1945, belongin to the local capital Morungen (German, today Morag).
