2015 xterra world champion flora duffy
Flora Duffy (born 30 September 1987) is a triathlete who competes internationally for Bermuda. She is the 2016 and 2017 ITU World Triathlon Series World Champion the 2016 and 2015 ITU Cross Triathlon World Champion, and the winner of 2014, 2015 and 2016 XTERRA World Championships. She participated on Bermuda's behalf at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London and at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. In addition to her 2015 win Duffy placed second at the 2014 ITU Cross Triathlon World Championships.

Duffy holds the record for the widest winning margin in a sprint race, winning by a margin of 31 seconds in Hamburg, Germany in July 2017.

In 2017 she won the sprint triathlon in Edmonton, Canada by a winning margin of 58 seconds from Taylor Knibb.

Duffy was educated at Warwick Academy, Kelly College, now known as Mount Kelly in Tavistock, Devon and the University of Colorado Boulder, where she graduated with a BA in Sociology. Duffy was diagnosed as anaemic in 2013.
