Filip Bainović (Serbian Cyrillic: Филип Баиновић; born 23 June 1996) is a Serbian football midfielder who plays for Rad in the Serbian SuperLiga.

After winning Serbian youth league, Bainović joined the first team of Rad. He made his professional debut for club in 3rd fixture of Serbian SuperLiga, against Radnik Surdulica. He assisted to Milorad Dabić for the last goal on that match.
